The Policy Committee researches current and emerging recycling topics and legislation and makes recommendations for Board action based on these findings. The following provides a variety of information related to the work of the Policy Committee. The goal of the document is to demonstrate that when using full cost accounting, recycling is a more cost-effective and responsible means of solid waste management.
