CONSTRUCTION WASTE

Green construction is a term used here to cover everything from Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, to deconstruction, using recycled construction products, buying materials at reuse centers, practicing the 3Rs at job sites and more.  The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality has resources on this subject and the MRC annual conference has included a variety of sessions over the past few years.
